I’ve been needing to replace my tires for a while when one of them finally gave out and I had to switch to my donut. I panicked because I work regular office hours and most tire places closed by the time I got off work. Luckily, I found Rich’s and saw they had hours that worked for me. Highly disrespectful, hung up on me when asking for a quote cause his phone connection wasn't to his liking. Avoid at all costs. If this is how they treat their customers over the phone imagine in person! 🙄🤔
