Shady, Low Quality Service Went in with my Bernina two weeks ago to get a quote for repairs. The guy didn't even turn on my machine or try it and he said it would be over $500 and not worth the repair. He recommended selling it to the store for $100 so they could use it for "scrap" and trading up for a Hobbylock 1114. Went to Paramount Sew/Vac for second opinion same day.
