RecommendedTalk about SERVICE! While house sitting for a friend, the septic lines became plugged & grey water was backing up into the house. I called Rich's Rooter Service, thankfully they were able to squeeze me into their already tight schedule. These guys were out here and had the problem fixed in no time! when he handed me the bill I got another shock, I was expecting it to be allot more than it was. Now that's SERVICE!!! Thanks a bunch guys, you're awesome!

Rich answered my early morning call, before working hours and I was on his morning schedule. The hard part of septic issues is they never seem to happen at a good time. We have guests arriving tomorrow and panicked when things stopped flowing. I was on the phone early this morning, I expected a recorder, but he answered! He was at my house two hours later and had it fixed! Great service and, great price. Thank you Rich!! Very professional, I highly recommend him !

I had Rich's come out for a septic failure this morning. He wasn't here 2 minutes when he started cussing, screaming and yelling at the top of his lungs. He was yelling foul language from my covered front porch to his helper who was also yelling the F*** words and others back at him. I had to ask them to leave after 5-10 min of screaming and yelling in my front yard. This was after they had my septic pump pulled out and sitting in the yard. Horrible experience.
