I called Rich from Rich's Heating and Air because I was having trouble with my air conditioner. He was able to get to my home the following day and was very thorough in explaining everything that was wrong. He had the part's on hand and had it fixed and running the same day. He's an honest and straightforward person who will make sure you are completely satisfied and will stand behind his work. I can't recommend him enough.
Rich is just the absolute best. We have utilized his services a few times and every time he is professional, honest, and fair. He even let us borrow 3 window AC units while we waited for him to be able to replace our AC unit. He’s always so kind and always makes sure to give our dog some pets. We wouldn’t use anyone but him!
