June 2025 Rich & his helper installed me a big beautiful 3 Ton AC & Furnace Combo this hopefully will last me as it will be my 3rd AC & 2nd Furnace since purchasing the house in 1990. Crazy on 3rd AC !!! & 2nd Furnace but previous HVAC company put a smaller Unit in so it would work harder thus petering out in 10 yrs.
