We were tired of putting band aids on our 20 year old furnace. Rich came out and did an analysis of what we needed. He gave us several options, and we went with what he recommended, which was actually the least expensive. He and Beth were extremely thorough and did not cut any corners. After the furnace was installed, they stayed and tuned the furnace to what our house needed, not just the pre-installed manufacturer settings. Rich was quickly responsive, gave a discounted rate, let us know everything that was going on with no hidden fees, and was willing to working with us on scheduling when to come, and making it convenient for us.
