Tyler helped me pick out a Lopi fireplace insert, and the whole experience was super smooth. He explained everything clearly and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I Highly recommend asking for him as his customer service was Impeccable!
Very amazing crew, I was able to get my questions answered easy and it didn't feel like I was getting pressured into looking at stuff I wasn't interested in. The store's atmosphere was amazing, and Tyler was a phenomenal help. It makes me want to continue getting furniture from here, while I remain in the area.

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish I had the absolute best experience working with Tyler Campbell, the assistant manager. He didn’t just help me buy a few items—he helped me transform my entire backyard. We've been talking about putting a gas insert into our fireplace for a long time. We went to Rich's to see what they had, and Tyler shared his knowledge with us, getting as deep into the technical details as we wanted (I'm kind of a nerd). He recommended the Lopi products which are manufactured up in Washington. We decided to finally get it done.
