Purchased a Hot Tub at Rich's for the Home. The Sales Consultant was Tyler Campbell. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the products. Received tremendous service. After the installation Tyler came by the house and did a full consultation on the use of the Tub. The Hot Tub Technician was named Joshua Sholes. There was a front panel concern in which Joshua identified. He ordered correct parts returned to the house and spent the time to make sure the Hot Tub was ready for use. The control panel on my Coast swim spa unfortunately developed a leak and became waterlogged. Rick ordered a new production unit since the old one was discontinued. The new control unit shipped and Josh from Rich's did the part-swap in about 1.5 weeks. Very professional service, and knowledgeable about Coast spa products. Great company all around.
Fantastic spa service! Friendly and helpful crew got our issue fixed under warranty, and had plenty of welcome advice for how to keep on top of water chemistry. Thank you, Joshua!

Joshua came out to our home and fixed a leak on our hot tub. He was extremely professional and explained what was going on. Service calls are quite expensive, but his work and customer service was wonderful.
