Beautiful Patio Furniture! – I went to Rich's to get some replacement cushions for my old set of outdoor furniture but instead ended up buying a complete new set of furniture and a gas barbecue for my husband. It's not that they didn't have a good selection of cushions it's just that their choices of outdoor furniture was too good to pass up. It was truly a great experience for me.
Amazing Selection, Helpful Staff – I was looking for a set of patio furniture for my backyard and was amazed at Rich's selection. I felt like a kid in a candy store. Michelle was so helpful and I ended up with the most beautiful set of wrought iron patio furniture. The custom color I chose matches perfectly with what I was trying to accomplish. Now I just need to get back there to order some cushions and my backyard project will be complete!
I love my hot tub! I bought my Caldera hot tub there and I love it. The wife and kids like it even more than I do. The delivery guys were on time and courteous. Now my wife wants to buy a new patio furniture set.
Horrible representation and service – Beware of Rich's claims to exceptional customer service and product representation. Not true. Shop around and get a better deal somewhere else. Don't repeat my mistake.
