RecommendedExcellent service for my sons! Friendly, knowledgeable staff! We had never tried Rich’s, until my daughter joined their staff, and I’m so glad that she did. Only place that we will go now. Thank you ladies for all your hard work!
So I went to Riches in Marion VA this morning to get my hair cut. The look I was going for is in the one picture, I showed the B*tch the photo 3 different times. She turned me away from the mirror while she was cutting it and I couldn't see to stop her. While she was doing her thing she measured how much she was going to take by pointing on my back where it'll be. Must see Kendra Brewster does a great job. Wife drives 100 miles one way to get her to do her hair. Yes. Very seriously.
She poured hot wax on my eyelid and it matted my eyelashes together! Had no idea what she was doing. Will not be back.
This is my husband's profile but he doesn't mind my using it to give a review of Rich's Family Haircutters. We take our son to the Marion location. My son has very sensitive hearing.Loud noises really hurt his ears. I used to use clippers on his hair but it bothered him so much that I started to take him to Rich's for his hair cuts. They were very good (the two times I took him) about only using scissors. The hair cut looked great both times and they got to us quickly. I was pleased with the service here.
I didn't like that she didn't ask how I wanted my eyebrow's wax and in my opinion she took off too much. I don't like that she doesn't take debit or credit cards. I'm one of those people who rarely carries around cash with (especially $10-$15 worth) and she hasn't even deposited the check yet. I went in Monday. I won't be coming back, the service was bad.
Great shop, been there several times, different stylists never disappointed!
Poor customer service when your son goes in for a haircut at 5:15 and he still doesn't get his hair cut when they close at 6:00. The hair stylist's boyfriend comes in and turns the lights off and gets an attitude. When I strive on customer service myself, there is no call for this type of service.

I would be happy to give you a gift certificate for a free haircut. I will certainly be looking into this matter and I appreciate you posting this, I would not have known otherwise.
