Terrible customer service joke of a guy Not worth your time
Rich is a scam artist. He knew all the flaws the car had and sold it to me while I had my newborn daughter with me as a reliable driver. He wouldn't answer my phone calls or return my texts. He knew what he was doing being a former lawyer. He had me sign some paperwork so there was no ground to stand on. He shook my hand as I got in the car and drove away with my daughter and promised the car would pass inspection.
