Purchased the top level car wash today, and several of the services were not functioning (tire shine, dry roller, and the mat cleaner), and possibly more that I could not see as the front end of the vehicle still has dead bugs on it. I let the attendant know and he said that they are having issues in the car wash today. So I asked if they at least give a partial refund since I purchased the top level wash, and he deferred me to “corporate”. Won’t be back.
I went for a routine car wash and had a shocking and humiliating experience. During my visit I was accused by a single staff member of damaging a flagpole on the property. My car has no scratches or damage, there were no cameras on site to verify anything, and there were no other employees or witnesses present. Despite the lack of evidence, staff called the police who arrived and sided with the employee without any footage or proof and even went as far as saying that she was there earlier and the pole had no dent. Very respectable employee
Would give ZERO stars if I could. But the only reason why you got the one star is because of your stand up employee Kentrell. I pulled up to get a wash and the machine states that I’ve exceeded the washes for the day. SIDENOTE: The only time I’ve been there was 09/08 when I signed up for membership and got a wash that day. The wash history on my app collaborated with what I was saying. Kentrell gave me a complimentary wash and apologized for the inconvenience. So shout out to him.
