I have a membership but every time I come, the system cannot find my car and I have to wait 10 minutes to get someone to bypass the system to allow me to go through. I’ve had enough. Too many other car washes to have to deal with this.
I went through the car wash today and it smells like old water like dirty water or a swampy odor . not sure if you recycled the water, but it smells like something in there needs clean bad.
