Was a customer since they opened , had a membership with couple vehicles. Both Lifted trucks. About a month ago they changed and added restrictions no oversize tires, etc.which is fine so I requested a refund. Went to cancel my membership and it said it was paused so I could not cancel it. Three weeks go by with multiple phone calls with no answer left voicemails with no return phone calls after going in and talking to employees because no manager was available. A little backstory first: First impressions matter to me. But I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. When I first pulled into this car wash, I was greeted warmly, and we talked about switching from my old car wash because they supposedly had a better deal. I thought, “Okay, cool—let’s do the unlimited plan.” Paid what I assumed was the introductory rate for unlimited washes… but nope, turns out the employee only put me down for ONE wash. I LEARN TODAY!!!!! I’ve been a customer at Rich Car Wash for six months, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. I pay $80 a month for the unlimited plan, which I initially believed allowed me to wash two cars. However, when I attempted to run my car through the wash a second time in the same day, I was rudely told that I couldn’t.
