I recently went to the new Rich’s “links” Carwash on fry and Longenbaugh and purchased the top wash. On the board it states 4 day rewash but upon returning they said no we don’t do that but I asked them to contact a manager and they said they would call me back but they never did so I went back again and they said we won’t rewash. I said ok even though I was annoyed and proceeded to add my car to the wash plan. The price I was quoted my last visit, the staff today refused to honor and said they wouldn’t do it.
