I had a terrible experience here at cypress location, they have multiple broken vacuum nozzles, that make you have to relocate your car to vacuum it and hope that those vacuums work, they don’t have any interior cleaner like the other Rich’s do, all they have is a cheap bottle that was written “glass cleaner” on it. This place needs to do better, I canceled my membership because of how bad it was. I see now I can upload photos, I should have taken pictures, but i didn’t
My vehicle still had a lot of dirt and bird poop after going through their machine. They had a strong vacuum cleaner.
