Doesn’t clean the back of SUVs. I asked if I could run it again in just the basic wash and I was told no.. apparently you have to “prep” the car before you run it thru.. doesn’t that defeat the purpose of a car wash? If I need to prep before I might as well wash the car myself.. no problem.. point in case noted. I’ll wash the car myself or find another place that is more flexible and understanding with paid customers.. It would probably have cost you a whole damn dollar to let me thru again.. now you get a negative review.
