Paid $22 for a wash that barely cleaned the car, even though it wasn’t that dirty to start with. Went through a second time with the $25 wash upgrade, and it still left grime and spots everywhere. We had to wipe it down ourselves afterward. Vacuums were also weak. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the money.
Been a long time customer here. Monthly membership… just to randomly get turned away. I was not allowed to go into the wash because of the dirt on my truck. I cancelled my membership. Very disappointed in this new corporate policy. Do not recommend to anyone that owns a pickup or drives in areas of mud. You will be asked to rinse off the dirt before going through the wash. Isn’t that what the purpose of a car wash is?
Very professional. I visited the establishment to add a new car to my membership. They are growing by leaps and bounds. Great customer service and excellent work
