I came in 5/13/2026, my experience was amazing. A very sweet young man by the name of Jeremiah helped me at the pay area. He informed me about the memberships, their pricing and how they work. The wash itself did as I expected for $12. It cleaned my wheels and the body. The membership prices are surprisingly cheap. $22 a month and you can use it at any one of the Rich's locations. I will definitely be back and potentially buying a membership.

I have had a membership for several years.  I was forced to renew my membership one day after being told my membership had to be renewed. I did so, in order to proceed with the wash, but when I later looked at my credit card I found that my payment had just been drafted from my credit card  the week before.  Then I began being charged twice each month.  I have spoken to 2 people who claimed they would get the error fixed.  I am still being double billed and no one will return my calls or issue refunds due me..  There is No p... read more

I went to the full service car wash on HillCrest Road for an oil change and complimentary wash. I requested to the Tech to level me off on fluids. After I left there my car started running hot because the Tech level my reservoir with water not antifreeze. My car was perfectly fine until i took it there. I am requesting that the higher Leadership get in contact with me.
