Went to Rich's Car Wash on Nine Mile Road back in May 2025. My antenna was ripped off of my vehicle along with both windshield wipers so I canceled my monthly membership the very same day I purchased it. And since then I discovered that I have been charged every month for the past 4 months. Went back spoke to the attendant and he told me the only way I could talk to somebody is to go through corporate.
