NO! I do not reccomend . my car was damaged and Rich's said they saw it happen and they will not repair my automobile

taking responsibility for damages on a vehicle that went through their wash. broke my grill & strobe light. said was after after market. was on a wrecker that was built that way. not aftermarket. wreckers are titled as so in FL. Idiots !!!!!
$3 Monday! Got there at 6:30pm and drove right in. By 7 pm the line was down the street and around the corner.
good customer service and car came out clean
I went to Rich's the first time today with my purple jeep and the guys were very helpful and patient. Then a customer fell and I was trying to help him and it took three of us to get him in his SUV. The staff was helpful and sympathetic and even gave me a pair of gloves to put a bandage on this mans bleeding foot. They were all awesome I will go again and wish each member there a very Merry Christmas. You go guys!!!
It's the best job I've ever had everyone is great all the employees are awesome and helpful I love it
Always a good wash and great staff! Vacuums are super and free with wash!
