Purchased there so called warranty, well come to find out, vehicle I purchased has alot of problems that warranty will not cover!!!! Called Dante to let him know, said he was gonna talk to Rich & will call me back, never got any call back!!!! They do zero preventative maintenance on there vehicles that they sell and pass it to the customer!!! Lesson learned!!! Will never do business with this place EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
Buyer beware…. Do not buy “as is” vehicles from this dealer. This is how they get away with selling a lemon. Look at all the bad reviews they have. Such scammers and liars
We bought a used Toyota Prius and the buying process was fine. However, after taking it home we discovered the car didn’t have a catalytic converter and the patched it up to bipass another way. This would cause the check engine light to be on. So they sneakily turned it off. Absolutely no one would buy a car with the check engine light on…. Be careful buying from them and don’t buy “as is”. They are scammers. Never buy from Danny. He should be fired…..
I found many excellent used cars on the lot with very attractive prices. Sean really helped during the sales process and afterwards. Rich’s mechanics provided far more insights into the condition of the vehicle as well as assistance than the mechanic I hired for an inspection. The folks there share my sense of fairness and doing the right thing. Rich’s integrity, the quality of used cars and service is above and beyond anything I could imagine. I had an AMAZING experience here! Everyone was really great. My husband and I had financial problems so our credit is shot, but thanks to Ron we found a GREAT car! A 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse in SUPERB condition! Other places were worried about taking us, but we're so glad Richs Car Corner helped us out! We definitely recommend this place!!
I had a great experience with Frank. Great service. I went there for a curtain car and left with another. Clean, sharp, drives great. Will recommend to friends and Family. just like any USED CAR DEALERSHIP. You buy as is. bring your mechanic with you if you don't trust what you see. And test drive more than one car, you might find something different like I did. GREAT GREAT GREAT. I WILL GET ANOTHER CAR HERE!!!!
It was through an advertisement for a fairly priced Honda Civic 1999 that I first learned about “Rich’s Car Corner” (RCC). I was glad to see that the vehicle’s Carfax was available on their website demonstrating complete transparent about the car’s history. I went over to RCC to test drive the Civic but unfortunately the car had a deposit on it already. This place is horrible! Sold me a car that was over $6000 and broke down within weeks of purchase. The transmission went out and after doing some research and reading other reviews sounds like they get their cars working well enough to get you off the lot and then good luck!
