As a mechanic myself, this is the only place I'll take my vehicles to. They tried not charging me multiple times for issues I had that they solved so I was morally obligated to stock the fridge for them. I refer anyone asking for a good place to take their car to when they have issues that need diagnosis. They are honest on knowing or not if they can help and won't just throw money at a problem to see if it works.

I have been going here 10+ years! Rich's has kept my cars running until they are so rusted together and falling apart at the same time! My cars were 19 and 17 years old before they were retired. He is great at keeping me updated on wear and tear, maintence needed, and estimated cost to keep my ladies running smoothly. I apprieciate how they show me the parts they took off and repaired. They also expain the how's and why's the parts worked/did'nt and the havac the disfunction caused.

Had car issues on 12/21/16 after work. Called them up around 6 pm and someone actually answered. He told me I was able to take my car in the next morning at 8 am when they open. So the next day, right at 8 am, I was able to bring my car in. He was already there ready to get started on it. Very friendly people, the mechanic looked at my car right away. Quoted me the price before any work was done. Very reasonable pricing. Was able to fix my car and have it up in running before noon the same day. Also, kept the old parts to sh... read more
