I havent been to a mechanic in years due to bad previous experiences, but also because I can do most work myself. I recently bought a truck that required more work than I could do, so I called around for estimates. Rich's was by far the most reasonably priced mechanic. But more importantly, they did a very thorough inspection and gave me recommendations on what was urgent and what was not. They were very professional and helpful. Next time I need a mechanic, this will unquestionably be my choice.
I want to amend the post below by saying the owner of Rich’s reached out to our daughter and issued a written apology and reimbursed her for the damage that was done to the car from the lug nuts being left loose. We very much appreciate that the owner followed up on the review below. Our daughter took her car here to get fixed. They told her it would be over $2000 for brakes and calipers. Rich’s Auto Center did a great job of getting my daughter‘s jeep Wrangler running safely again
I can’t say enough good things about this auto service. My car was not driveable, they let me store it there for several days before I could get my tow truck there. They didn’t charge me anything for looking at it. Very, very kind and understanding place. Thank you Rich’s Auto!
Rich’s Auto is a first rate operation. Great people. Great work. And the cleanest most organized garage I have ever seen.
