Sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks
Almost blew up a compressed gas cylinder in the back of my truck while they were towing it. Despite my repeated efforts to warn the driver I was cursed at and told “yeah I heard that one before” by a driver who was unfit for his job let alone even being a functioning member of society. After messaging the company about it my messages have been completely ignored and I have not even been issued the slightest apology. Wonderful Customer Attention – I was referred to Rich's Auto Body by a co-worker. The office staff were very professional. They kept me up to date and handled everything with my insurance company . I was very happy with the fender repair on my Escalade. I couldn't even tell the part was painted! I would recommend Richs Auto Body. They even give you a goodie bag when you pick up your car. Nice touch. . .
