Before I choose a service, I always check out the reviews first. This time was no different and I’m so glad I did. I called and had a next day appointment. Rich came out and was not only on time, he was also able to come earlier, which I appreciated greatly. He was the epitome of professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. Respectful of my home and took care of the dryer issue quickly. There is something to be said for experience and knowledge. If you need someone honest and trustworthy, this is the place to go.
Rich did a great job of searching and finally locating the problem.
Our washing machine broke and we called Rich's. They had a cancelation and were able to get us in right away. Rich showed up on time and went right to work. While the problem turned out to be we needed a new machine, Rich called ahead for us to a local place to get a new one. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable and explained everything to us. I would 100% call them again!!!
Rich did an amazing job on our tricky washer. And helped me figure out some other steps to take. We aren't from the same church, but I love that we could talk about God and prayer.
