You know how it feels when you're in need of AC repair and not sure where to go? Google search gives dozens of suggestions, many with fancy websites, a parking lot full of expensive work vans and uniformed workers, but how good are they, really? And what about cost? Rich's has been doing the regular maintenance on my heating and cooling systems for about 7 years. My units were original to the house - about 16 years. One of my AC units finally was beyond the point of repair, they came out to diagnose on a Friday and Saturday morning they were at my house ready to replace. He came out within a few hours of calling him. Very quick to get our A/C up and running. Great service will definitely continue to use his business for our A/C and Heat needs.

Rich provided fast and clear options to resolve my cooling problem (refrigerant leak). I opted for a new unit. Installation was complete on same day.

We are seniors on fixed income. Any home repairs are a big deal. Rich provided the best home repair experience we have had in many years. Our A/C went out and he priced it very fairly, was so courteous and professional, did the work quickly cleanly and well. Could not ask for better service or quality of work! Will only use him in future.
