Outstanding experience with Richo's Plumbing & Gas. Scott gave honest, practical advice upfront regarding our gas line capacity, offering a transparent fixed-price quote that covered both the plumbing and electrical work. The installation was neat, on time, and completely hassle-free. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in the area.
Scott and his trainee were at our place for drainage cleaning. The job was done properly. The price perhaps is where is a bit debatable. Scott was above the average almost 80dollar more. Given the high price, Scott should have been at least extent additional services without charges such as changing few pipes as a way to compensate the slightly high price. He seemed to be just doing needs to be done without showing passion for the job and the customers happiness.. Regards Osman
Much cheaper than my next nearest quote. Great service and they were on time.
Thank you again for your help, Scott. It was much appreciated!
I Whatsapp Richo's on Sunday with 2 seperate jobs that had to be done next day if possible. I sent video and they were able to diagnose the problem and quoted a fair price.... on the Sunday! The job was done the NEXT DAY and they even threw in a couple of bath taps. Excellent service at a great price. I highly recommend them. 👍
