My parents went to dr richmond for 20 years since she took over the office There new office manager who has no people skills told my mother that my dad was to difficult of a patient because he is 80 and has trouble following directions. Dr richmond did not even have the respect to talk to my mom herself my mom had to call and ask to talk to them . If you are elderly or a child dont go to dr richmond you will be too difficult for them. The receptionist was rude and gaslit my mother when she called to complain.
They are always so kind and easy to work with!
