Best dental office in the game. 5-star all around
Dr. Michael and his staff were great! Really took the time to explain what the issues were and ensured I understood them as well. Really casual and chill vibe, super friendly. I never felt I was rushed or pressured into anything.
Thought this was a different kind of practice but like most dentists in Toronto- turned out disappointing- no duty of care towards a regular patient experiencing an emergency. Canceling a confirmed appointment without call or email while knowing the patient is in dire need. Very very disappointed and sad to have experienced this kind of behavior.
Richmond West Dental provides the best dental experience I have had (of at least 5 regular dental clinics)! Dr. Mike is by far and away the best practitioner I have had. He is exceptional at explaining procedure, dental physiology, and reasons for procedures. He caught and explained to me a structural issue with my teeth that no other dentist had caught.
