Consistently horrible service at this location. The office staff is confrontational at best. The nurses are also rude, as it seems to be the theme of the entire office. I’m not sure why the low quality of service to patients is so often tolerated by the greater hospital. Most of the patients that frequent this location are Medicaid recipients. Had a terrible experience with the mental health clinic regarding my child...Alot of miscommunication, and suggestions without really understanding the root of things..to open up a different perspective in how to really help. Felt more like the therapist needed to pay bills then having a passion to help ppl with the mental health....felt forced and useless....Always find a different therapist if the one u have aint for you....
Very very worst experience that staff people I don’t like at all they are not coperate no t giving right information always pt feel bad bz of every time pt came n thy now lab is closed then don’t take people u don’t like it all
We are receiving excellent care with doctor Nasif I’ve been her new patient I’ve find her on google because before in Brooklyn Dr polina wasn’t grate due to disability discrimination telling me I’m not able to work
