The Richmond Tree Experts did an exceptional job with the trees I needed to have remove. The entire crew was totally professional, yet still quite personable. I also found the price for the number of trees I needed to have removed was very reasonable

Overnight, a tree had fallen onto the roof of my house. Scott and his team were very quick and efficient in removing the tree from the sloped side of my house.

Once I accepted the contract, it took some time (almost a month) to get the work scheduled. But I thought the price was fair, and they did an excellent job. My only complaint was the time it took to get the work scheduled after accepting the contract.

Thoroughly pleased with the service from Richmond Tree Experts. Scott was knowledgeable, helpful and measured in the guidance he provided us during our quote and the team that came out once we engaged their services; was professional, intentional and prompt: terrific cleanup and they sought confirmation of satisfaction, along with providing guidance for next steps to ensure ongoing happiness with the job they'd done. Would definitely recommend this firm and will be engaging them for further needs in future.
