trying to get a unit but the phone been disconnected, please help

I've had my boat there for 7 years this is a great place very thankful to have a space there
Management is lacking professionalism. Called to get a storage unit. Told me they wouldn't be open until Saturday. I said I will be there when open first thing. When I got there had given to someone else. Had my stuff ready to move in. Obviously only cares about the money.
