Run away from this "doc" as fast as you can – Unprofessional is an understatement. Dr Richmond treated me as a therapist. He spent many sessions getting information on my situation and almost did not talk. He then terminated me saying that we were not able to start treatment. He wrote an extremely rude letter in which he revealed all the pent-up aggression that he should have been processing during those sessions. He is narcissistic.
