Had an appt today at 330, arrived 320 and checked in. The receptionist was very busy playing clash of clans on her phone. Waited till 350 to ask when I would be seen. Told at 350 there was an issue with check in and the Dr. has left for the day and that we would have to reschedule. Also since the other women behind the counter didn’t think anyone was left they were bad mouthing a patient seen before me. ZERO STARS.
RSIP has been a tremendous help in correcting my back pain! With each visit the treatment, information and additional assistance has been outstanding! Kelly Berkeley in particular stands out with her prompt front desk and medical assistant services when checking in, setting up the intake, and arranging next appointments!

Kelly is amazing! She is doing double duty as a receptionist and medical assistant at the JW office, and her warmth and humor put anyone at ease. Excellent job!
