I’ll be honest I was a little nervous going in after reading so many horrendous reviews but overall I had a decent facial and want to debunk some the comments I saw on here. 1. Professionalism - I thought my facialist was very sweet, made sure I was okay throughout the facial, and was never once rude. 2. I had a strange experience here. It was unclear which sheet to get under in the bed, so I went under the lowest one. When the massage therapist returned to the room, she had me get up in front of her with hardly any clothes on - she was holding a small blanket up, but stayed in the room. I asked for a Swedish massage, but she gave me a deep tissue massage (which costs more) and knelt on the massage table between my legs at times.
