Great experience (massage) esp in light of value for $$! I was skeptical going in thinking would be another one of those “massage light” corner spot experiences…I was mistaken! I love deep pressure for Swedish or deep tissue and the therapist did an amazing job of combining both to really help with not super tight back neck/shoulders. I found it to be clean and relaxing and at $85 for 60 minutes with the ability to book a same-day massage, I’ll be back!
I had an amazing experience at Richmond Serenity spa from start to finish. Jenny was incredibly attentive and made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. My massage therapist really listened to my preferences and focused on the areas that needed the most care, which made the treatment feel personalized and relaxing. A wonderful real massage experience. Saved my back and my knees. This place is legit!
Good massage ruined by terrible management. I called on the phone to ask about availability and pricing. The price that was quoted to me was $75. I get to the spa and reconfirm the price with the massage therapist (again, quoted $75). The massage itself was good. The therapist did a nice job massaging my back and loosening all my knots. However, when she was finished, I went up to the front desk to pay with the manager (a different lady). She first tried to up-charge me to $85, saying that was the actual in-store price. I made an appointment for me and my friend today and we had good experience.the place is very clean with nice decoration .and we got good massages and masseuses were friendly .definitely will be returning back and recommend
