The approval process is incredibly lengthy. The units are spacious and affordable and have mold. The property is under new management. Same people, same attitudes, different name. I recieved my first lease violation within 2 weeks of moving in and proceeded to rack up 5 within the first few months. The manager has no knowledge of what kind of behavior is legal and what violates the protections afforded their residents under the American for Disabilities Act or the Fair Housing Act.
