Excellent service, knowledgable and courteous employees, been one of my favorite bike shops in Richmond for 10+ years. Thanks for keeping me rolling!

I can't say enough nice things about this business. Again and again, I come back with issues, and they solve them in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. No matter who I deal with, they are always friendly and professional. This is my new go-to bike shop.

I have a few older bikes and classics. If Richmond Re-Cycles doesn't have what you need for your older bikes, it simply does not exist. Needed either a UG cassette, cogs, or a wheel/hub that would take 6 or 7 speed freewheel cassettes for my '89 Trek 1200. Joel had an older anodized wheel with the hub on it, and a freewheel cassette and I am most happy. Will be back again to support this LBS and the hard-working guys that run it.

Many thanks to Richmond Re-cycles for donating a bunch of old 9-speed parts to get a fleet of clapped-out MTB’s in Sierra Leone up & running. You will be loved dearly by a bunch of Aussie and American ex pats scratching out a ride in the jungle of West Africa!
