I paid the balance they sent me immediately only to be billed again months later.
I wish I didn't have to place any stars for this provider. I have reached out to them by mail and phone only to receive rude responses back especially from Chris in the office. I was trying to communicate with them to find resolution with a medical bill, but only received hateful responses. When I explained my healthcare plan rep would be contacting them, Chris was hateful and said, they can do so but we will not work with them (for a resolution).
