Whoever is in charge of answering the phones over there has a disgusting, childlike attitude. Professionalism is clearly not something that is required. My mother was calling for more information & to ask questions about a past visit and your disrespectful employee frequently cut her off from the second she answered the phone, eventually asked her “And the purpose for this call is?” & just blatantly acted like doing her job was an inconvenience. Very bad business.
Dr Pennington and his staff have been very professional and courteous They go out their way to help and assist I would highly recommend him and staff
