We rented a piano for a concert at Duncan Memorial in Ashland. The men arrived ahead of the appointment, were very efficient, and polite. I give our experience 6 stars out of 5!
Terrible. Don’t trust these guys. Doug said he was going to pick up our piano but he no-showed with no follow-up. He then tried to blame it on us and lied saying that they came by and called. I was waiting in the living room with a full view of the street. No one came by and there were no missed calls. Judging by him fumbling on his words, he was lying and either forgot about the pickup or never had any intention of doing business with us. Three weeks wasted.
