Simply put -- Kyle and his team are the best! I have been enhancing my vehicles for over 15 years, and I've never met a more professional, courteous team than RPM. If you want the best selection of products and fair prices (remember, "you get what you pay for"), then look no further. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They quoted me a wheel repair and told me the wheels would be turned around in 2-3 days. They have had my wheels for 4.5 WEEKS and provided no updates. I've called and left five messages trying to get an update on my wheels and still have not received a call back. I enlisted help from another shop that was handling my tires. RPM did speak to that person but told them that they didn't think they could repair my wheels and that I would likely have to replace them. This is after having my wheels for O... read more
Worst service EVER,!!!! I went for a tint job a while back and was told one price..When I picked it up they jacked the price up 300.00 !!!! Save your time and money and cruise on over to Cockeyed Eddies on Midlothoian Tnpk for the Best service and selection
I got my tint done and it was an amazing job. This was the 3rd car we have had tinted here, and Kyle is a magician. He really goes the extra mile to make sure your tint is perfect! Highly recommend this place for all your tint needs!
Awesome experience at this shop . I received a ticket for my tint being illegal on my 2012 Sentra's front windows (which was on the car when I purchased it back in January) Kyle fixed me up with Legal tint at a great price and paperwork to prove it . This shop is #1 in customer service in my opinion. They will definitely be getting more of my business. Thanks again

My past two experiences I had with this place back in 2011-2012 were terrible. They don't honor their warranties, they are rude and very unprofessional. Not sure if they have different management now or not but I would not recommend them. But I still wouldn't go if it was under new management. Go to Car n Go on hull street. They are professional and friendly and will get the job done correct. They also honor warranties.
