Richmond Pediatrics goes out of their way to care for their patients. We have been able to get a same day appointment every time we have called. Their front desk staff is very kind and make scheduling as easy as possible. We absolutely love our son’s primary physician, Dr. Falkenberg. She listens carefully to us, going out of her way to answer every question we have and as a first time mom there can be a lot! We have loved this clinic from day one, all the staff have always been very kind and understanding and patient. If I could give them a 10 I would!
