I’ve dealt with many of the doctors here for my son’s care. Dr. De give, Dr. Reese, and Dr. McKerry are all not great doctors. They all downplay his symptoms or other concerns I bring up. I normally don’t write reviews, but after multiple troubling experiences at this pediatric office, I feel obligated to speak up so other parents can make an informed decision. As a parent, I expect professionalism, accurate medical care, and respectful communication from those entrusted with my children’s health. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Impossible to get ahold of without MyChart. I’ve called several times leaving messages and don’t receive call backs. We have gone to other clinics due to being unable to reach our children’s doctors here. This is unacceptable.
I truly loved our doctor here, but the support was getting worse and worse. We would receive messages to reschedule our appointment then struggle to reach anyone to do that. I called one morning when my son was sick and never got an answer after several tries, so we went to urgent care. Gave up after that one and are moving our care elsewhere. It really is a bummer because we liked Dr. Reese, but it was just getting too difficult.
We have thrown everything at them in the 15 years we have been going here. 4 kids, premies, heart valve issues, chronic kidney disease… literally everything!! They have been fantastic through it all. Dr. Reece is our provider, but we have numerous friends whose kids see other providers there as well. I have never once heard a complaint from any of them. I would highly recommend!! Side note: Giving a place 1 star just because they are not taking new patients is wild to me. Be better when you’re leaving reviews. 🤦♂️
