I'm shocked to read that someone downplayed Louie. He is the ONLY staff member besides 2 cleaning ladies that are responsible and seem to give a damn about the residents here!
Property Manager Louie does not seem well-suited for this position. During our time living there, he caused numerous problems. He is often difficult to deal with, and he appears to struggle with memory issues. Any maintenance or repair request you raise is likely to be forgotten, even if you provide a written work order. Frankly, it may be time for him to consider retirement. Sorry, but this needs to be said.
Worst building i’ve ever lived in air conditioning not working properly water colour is white cant drink and never fixed even. Any day i got stuck in elevator and if i asked for how much time they gonna take me out these guys never gave a proper time took hours to fix everything. They got a broken mirror in elevator number 2 never got repaired from last 6 months. I have leakage in my apartment from toilet seat bcz of no reason. Proper waste of money for me.
