Tractor broke on Tuesday it was on the truck on Wednesday and back in my yard on Friday. Who could ask for more? Bob and Ryan were great?
2015 boomer 33. 328 hours. Talked with Jerry, he recommended changing both fuel filters to correct a regen Issue,did not fix it. brought in my tractor after having issues with another dealer. The service department reset codes and ran successful regens at the shop. I have had 3 successful regens at my house. The service department was knowledgeable, helpful and treated me like family. Thank you for the help and level of professionalism. I will definitely purchase my next tractor at Richmond New Holland!
