2015 boomer 33. 328 hours. Talked with Jerry, he recommended changing both fuel filters to correct a regen Issue,did not fix it. brought in my tractor after having issues with another dealer. The service department reset codes and ran successful regens at the shop. I have had 3 successful regens at my house. The service department was knowledgeable, helpful and treated me like family. Thank you for the help and level of professionalism. I will definitely purchase my next tractor at Richmond New Holland!
