I began taking my 10-year-old grandson to Richmond Neurofeedback when he was in crisis due to emotional outbursts at school. He had been diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety at a much younger age. After the first session with Annie, he was able to verbalize that his brain felt calmer; whereas, he said, before the neurofeedback, he had lots of very loud thoughts, afterwards he had far fewer thoughts and they were quieter. He's been receiving neurofeedback twice weekly for 6 weeks so far, and we are seeing remarkable progress, noti... read more

I found Richmond Neurofeedback after struggling for a while with debilitating post-concussion symptoms. This was able to help me make so much progress with my healing, and doing these sessions fully eliminated panic attacks and scary neurological episodes I was having! So thankful for my time here and for neurofeedback being a huge key in recovering! Annie is so kind and very knowledgeable, always a lovely experience visiting with her for these sessions! :)

We have been seeing Annie as a family (myself, my husband and our now 12-year-old child) for over four years now. She has been a huge help for all of us. Discovering neurofeedback has helped us all to cope with the anxiety of getting through Covid, various life traumas like grief and social anxiety, as well as aided us to become stronger as a family. Annie is compassionate, knowledgeable and a pleasure to see each visit. We are grateful to have found her and would highly recommend Richmond Neurofeedback for recovery, family ... read more

My sessions at Richmond Neurofeedback were very helpful to me. I had a big T in my early 20’s and many small traumas/ relationship struggles that quickly list their heavy weight in my head. (and I am no stranger to talk therapy - like 40 + years worth) Annie is so easy to talk to, and provides a comforting space to relax into the process. Well worth it… this is a grateful client

I can't say enough good things about neurofeedback! We saw wonderful changes in our daughter who we adopted at age 3. She is a survivor of many types of trauma which had left her very self protective . After about a month of sessions, she began being more open, lighter in her emotions, and less guarded with us. She also stop bed wetting. She had, for many years, wet the bed many times a week. We knew her bedwetting was was due to her early trauma. This had gone on for many years and she has not wet the bed once since receivn... read more
