I would choose zero stars if I could. THE WORST, MOST NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT THIS GOD AWFUL COMPANY.... horrible, awful company that let's you move into a falling apart, mold infested, termite infested house without doing a single walk through. when we moved in every single set of blinds were destroyed and they refused to fix them. there is mold growing in the wall along with termites that I put a maintenence requests in 3 times for and all they did was send some guy to spray bleach one time. we have multiple pictures of mo... read more
Terrible management. Multitudes of hidden costs. Tenants will be charged for maintenance fees they are not responsible for. Deposit is never paid back. Add a couple hundred dollars to whatever advertised price of rent is. Tenants will be charged Maintenance takes months to fix problems. If, and only if they finally decide to fix a maintenance issue after the many weeks to months it takes them they will hit you with a charge for it 6 months down the line with no notice. Beware-All goes well until you try to get your security deposit back when you have left an immaculately clean apartment. We are still fighting, and have been lied to about a full return of security.
