Jim was professional, communicative, and effective, four things that feel like a dream when you need a service and are pressed for time! My husband and I both work from home with long hours, and he worked quickly and quietly to get our 8-year-old, dog-stained carpet looking like new! He even left a very nifty pattern in the carpet, which feels like a luxury on top of it being spic and span. Thank you so much, Jim! I will be a repeat customer for sure.
