First let me say I don’t see how this store got a 4.6 for reviews. I walked into the store and spoke with a gentleman and his customer service was horrible and rude. I don’t know if he had a bad day or what but you don’t treat customers like that. Will I ever go back to this store NO. Not if they were the only jewelry store in Richmond. Sad you can’t post unless you give a star deserves No STARS

Main owner(?) is not professional when it comes to speaking with customers. He mansplained like his life depended on it and insulted me because I didn’t know my metal work terms (I’m a student and working on making rings for fun). All I wanted to know was how much it would be to repair and resize a ring and what I got was a long winded explanation and a very expensive price of $250 to repair it.
