Main owner(?) is not professional when it comes to speaking with customers. He mansplained like his life depended on it and insulted me because I didn’t know my metal work terms (I’m a student and working on making rings for fun). All I wanted to know was how much it would be to repair and resize a ring and what I got was a long winded explanation and a very expensive price of $250 to repair it. The guy Mike who was in the shop gets overwhelmed really easily and short with people. Comes off incredibly pompous and rude, he should consider not running a store that interacts with the public if interacting with the public is an issue. Best of luck Mike, I’m sure some people love you how unprofessional you are.

I just picked up my 14k rope chain that needed a clasp replacement. They did an amazing job, the employees are super friendly, and they got it back to me earlier than expected. You guys have a customer for life!!
