Ashley and the team at Richmond Import Service were extremely helpful, quick, and reasonably priced in repairing my AC system on my 2008 Acura TL Type S. I first visited the dealership and they mis-diagnosed and quoted me $3,400 for replacement (compressor and condenser). ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! I have an older Land Cruiser and these folks are the only ones I’ll trust to work on it. They are incredibly knowledgeable and can do work a lot of other shops can’t even touch. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone from Pam- who is awesome and does the scheduling-to the skilled mechanics are all a 10/10. The business is also very efficient and run well. So happy to have found them.
