Driving through on vacation and had a bad ignition coil. After walking around to a few different mechanics, these guys came in clutch, no pun intended. Very friendly, professional and worth every penny spent.

My engine splash guard came off after it scooped up snow, and I had to drive about 100 minutes like that. Top of the line service. These people are honest. A tech at West Broad Honda told me the rear brakes on my 2000 Honda were at a 4 and would probably last through the holidays. Richmond Import Service informed me the rear brakes were in good shape and did not need to be replaced. I highly recommend Richmond Import Service. They charge maybe half of what these franchise dealers charge.
