My experience at the Anne Vogel Clinic was deeply negative. Staff demonstrated direct and extreme transphobia, homophobia, and ableism. Other staff were witness to this but did not speak up, offer reassurance, or intervene. The silence and lack of accountability created an environment that was hostile and unsafe. Horrible girls working here. Came in with trauma and was treated horribly. The girls in the ER were rude, demeaning, and ignored every word I said. There is never in any circumstance do I recommend this hospital. Getting my medical records has been equally as bad. Every person, all girls, I spoke to lied, stumbled over their words, and misdirected me to another liar. Drive to another hospital. Demand your ambulance not go to this hospital. This is the worst hospitak in Canada. Horrible bed. The hospital is filthy. The incometent doctors that work there would not be accepted in a normal hosptal. You place your life at risk going to this hospital. Do not use this hospital or any of the doctors employed there.

Psychiatry ward terrible experience! Psychiatric doctors does not listen to patient side effects and some of the nurses and staff disrespectful.

Garbage!!! Waited for months for a procedure, got bumped at the last minute, suffering greatly! Ridiculous cow of an OR manager basically lied to my face saying she will see what they can do! BS. If u have your surgery planned for this clown show dont count on it happening. They will glad hand u out the door.

The wait time is simply unacceptable. Hire another doctor for God's sake!! People in this waiting room are furious.I presume it is not the fault of the staff but management. It never is any different either.The 87 year old lady across from me waited 5hours. I mean seriously this is so weak.

Barbaric conditions for the psychiatric patients waiting for a decent bed and treatment. The doctors and psychiatrists breeze through like it’s just dandy. Ugh. Shame!!!
