Richmond Hill Senior Apartments is a comfortable and nice place to live. It was remodel in 2013 by Hamilton Builders and has a total of 40 apartments. Each building has four apartments, and there is a total of 4 Handicap apartments in the complex area. It is owned by Volunteers of America and operated by Cabell Corporation.
