I had a great experience with Dr. Lin. She was very patient, professional, and thorough during the eye examination. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. The receptionist was also very polite and helpful. She did her best to accommodate my preferred appointment time. Excellent service from the whole team. Highly recommended!
I had my RGP lenses fitted here, and from the initial examination and trial fitting all the way through to the custom-made lenses, my doctor was incredibly patient and attentive. She was not only very professional in helping me find the best fit for my eyes, but also took the time to explain why fitting is the most important part of RGP lenses.
