Liz and Lee are both amazing! They kept us up to date with every step and hurdle my Jeep threw at them! But it is back on the road and running like a champ!!!
I had one car at the dealership and one car at Richmond Hill Auto Care. The difference was significant. Richmond Hill had excellent communication and were extremely helpful. I felt very appreciated and their service was excellent. No more dealership for me. This place is great!
…..talk about going the extra mile. I have a car that has been with me for 23 years, and I love it. It’s a 2003 Jaguar XK8 Convertible. The differential went out and a certified Jaguar mechanic could not find the part (jaguar no longer carried it). I took a chance and went to RH Auto Care. Best move ever! I can’t recommend Richmond Hill Auto Care enough! Recently, I had a flat tire that shredded to pieces. I first went to another auto shop to get a new tire put on, but afterward my car still felt extremely bumpy and I knew something wasn’t right.
