Very friendly and professional
Nurse practitioner was uncompassionate and she made me feel marginalized. She didn't listen to my physical concerns . There are other patients that had a unsatisfied experience with her and I sympathize with those other patients.Your credentials means nothing when treating patients in the healthcare field with a nonchalant attitude. I have Thirty-two years experience working with people and received extensive training on how to treat patients and customers.
At RHV office Aug. 8.....waited over an hour for my visit. Am at RHV again today.....it's 2 pm..my appointment was at 1:30.....hope to be seen soon.
Richmond Heart & Vascular doctors and support staff are personable, professional and competent! Vascular issues can be scary, but the team of Drs. Chaudhry and Rodriguez have been excellent trusted care providers!
