Excellent care provider. My major point of contention is getting refills. It should be unnecessary for me the patient to continually contact the office asking them to submit a prescription refill to my pharmacy. Having to make a third call for said refill and never a requested follow up call is a bit unsettling.

I had my visit today with the heart vascular doctor . I compliment the receptionist, the nurses and all the staff members on how patient and tolerant they were on handling aggravating irritating patient in the office today, I would give them a 10 star rating on this day alone. Great job and it was nicely and professionally handle.

Just left and honestly some of the comments made to me by the NP were shocking And unnecessary! In checking my legs for swelling she asked “if I had an ankle monitor on and if I had something I needed to tell her” even though I had just told her nurse I fell and sprained my ankle! It was my brace …. And then to be told “you can’t see two cardiologist pick one” I informed her that this appointment was a second opinion. SMH!
