I’ve been searching for a new PCP for my mom, as we’ve had difficulties finding a caring, knowledgeable, and empathetic doctor in the past. From our very first visit, we were impressed. The office was clean, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly. The worst surgeon for knee replacement was in this place . He simple ruin my life by implanting a wrong size knee replacement. Dr Mikhail Khaimov. I have to ware a permanent brace until I get a new one! And is a year recover lost.
I had a total knee replacement done there in april of 2023 anddamaged my knre replacement.Unfortunately my dr left this practice and i’m requesting my records from there I also signed a hippa form for my records to be sent to my doctor .I was told they can’t give them to me i have go through thete 3 party to get my records.i have surgery in 2 weeks ,Those are my RECORDS and i have every right yo them and i’m being denied them .This is absolutely not acceptable .
