Had a decent selection of stuff.. but they was very rude people.. especially a fat black guy.. when I said I had just got a harley from another store he then stated "oh so now you come up here so I have to go behind you and wipe the bikes seats after you set on em" . Then my cousin who was actually thinking about getting a bike asked if they could start a bike for him.. the guy actually said " no absolutely not" I will not be going back to the store.. they give a bad name to harley
The service dept cut me some serious slack today on a state inspection for my 16 year old Dyna. My tire tread was within the legal limit but just barely. Thanks guys. When the time comes to get new tires, I will return to Richmond Harley.
Took my bike here to get fixed after layin her down. Gotta say Dave in service and the techs in back did my bike right. Had her up and running again in 21 days and she be lookin damn right good. Thanks Richmond Harley-Davidson, I am one satisfied customer...
Terrible when you are trying to buy a new bike and the general manager makes you wait while he eats his lunch !!! We won't be back !!
