this practice is an assembly line of colonoscopies. My husband ( now deceased) went for a colonoscopy in July 2008. I went with my husband for his procedure. I noticed how quickly patients were coming out of their procedures. My husband was one of those patients. The results were " a little narrowing in his sigmoid and to return in 10 years. Was a patient, no longer. No communication, no management response, no email, phone call, or text. Focused on invoicing insurance and not patient care. Avoid going here.
Just started going to RGA and can’t say enough good about all the staff, doctors, and the efficiency of operations. Everyone is very personable and polite. Their Portal is great to use and the office communicates well with you. Dr. Richardson has been treating me and he is caring and knowledgeable.
